For the new project, OTTIMA chose HLT YP5009press and KEDA KD4800 press, which are both popularly accepted by the market.For the Firing department, no doubtDHD-EM5 Energy-saving Self-circulation Dryerand the new generation of DFC Energy-saving & high-efficiency Firing KilnsuppliedbyDLT are the best choice. The main products include 600*600/ 600*900/ 600*1000/600*1200 glazed vitrified tiles. All the tests, including water absorption, rupturemodulus, breaking strength, etc. are proved ok on the first batch ofproductionin OTTIMA.LT Family once again shows its power by supplying goodquality equipment to customers.

Walking along the new kiln, we can see DLT’sGalaxy series of wall panels for the decoration of kiln. The panels are madeofcold rolled stainless steel sheet with metallic bake painted surface. Theappearance of kiln looks bright, luxury and elegant. .

In addition to the core technology of DHRsystem and KHI system, the kiln is equipped with the newly developed EKO burners,which can suction the fume from the inner chamber of kiln and mix it with theflame torrentto realize a second time combustion hence reduce the nitrogenoxides, and also the patented technology ---PPC combustion-gas proportionsystem. PPC system features a super accurate gas-air ratio control system, an independentlyadjustable combustion air distribution pipeline, a sectional adjustable andcontrollable system, and a wholly automatic computerized central managementsystem. Kilns with PPC system consume 5% less gas than ordinary kilns. Incollaboration with the self-circulation five layer dryer, the whole lineappears tidy and compact, which helps to save space and cost.
