Indonesia’s Largest Tile Production Line Put in Use and Accepted

Recently in Indonesia’s giant manufacturer of tile Mulia Ceramik, aDLT-supplied 45,000 square meter daily output porcelain tile production linewas put in use and accepted by the user in the group’s Cikarang Plant, presenting high quality ceramic tiles to thesatisfaction of customer. The further enhanced production capacity marks theleading position of Mulia Ceramik in the ceramic industry of Indonesia, alsoshowing the innovation ability of HLT & DLT to all the customers inSouth-east Asia.


The complete line supplied to Mulia Ceramik includes 6 sets ofYP4209TL hydraulic tile presses and a whole unit of innovated raw materialconveying system by HLT, a DHD-EM2 double-layer dryer, a DFC energy-savingGalaxy series roller kiln and all the glazing lines with affiliated equipmentby DLT. It is up to now the longest in length and biggest in capacity ceramicproduction line installed in South-east Asia. Also it is the longest automated,intelligentized and digitalized energy-saving tile production line beingsupplied to the overseas market outside China.

YP4209TL hydraulic press features several patented-technologythat Henglitai has applied for many years, including external main cylinderstructure and a new type of high-flow springless prefilling valve. It not onlyguarantees stable and reliable operation, low failure rate, but also has superbfatigue resistance and load stability. The control program adopts Henglitai'snew framework program version, which delivers high repeatability accuracy,flexibility and convenience. The hydraulic system also uses many advancedtechnologies, such as booster(multiplier) system, closed-loop control of theposition of the plunger, pressure of the main cylinder and servo ejector, whichensure the production quality, efficiency and performance accuracy. It is oneof the models with high market satisfaction.


The DFC high efficiency wide-body energy-saving roller kilnboasts a length of 430.5 meters with a nominal width of 3.25 meters. The newlyupgraded Galaxy series decoration design for the kiln exterior featureselegance and nobleness, in addition to practicality and artistry.

Always keeping in mind the possibility of least operational costfor the tile manufacturers, DLT technical engineers have utilized their coretechnology such as KHI Updated Insulation System of Kiln, DDS Optimized DrivingSystem and DMA Movement Control System in the design of kiln. Furthermore, tohelp reduce the gas consumption for the customer, they have also applied theirpatented technologies - DHR Heat Recovery System and PPC Super Energy-savingCombustion System to the functional configuration of kiln.

The DHR Heat Recovery System can not only supply sufficientrecycled hot air from the cooling zone of kiln to the double layer dryer butalso supplement recycled hot air to the combustion air supply system withoutstarting any burner or using exhaust fume heat. The PPC Super Energy-savingCombustion System can accurately adjust the air/gas ratio at individualsections of kiln independently and has thus rewritten the lowest record of gasconsumption in Indonesia.

The box-shaped self circulation double layer dryer can wellretain the hot air within the drying chamber without any leakage, featuringenergy-saving, high efficiency, drying uniformity as well as flexibility forvarious sizes of products. it is able to produce unpolished glazed floor tileswith sizes of 400×400mm, 500×500mm and 600×600mm, and can also produce polished porcelain tiles with sizes of600×600mm and 800×800mm,providing the customer with a total output of 45,000 square meters perday.
